Eric Leffler was a beloved son, brother, and friend whose presence brought light, laughter, and love to those around him. He attended Wilson High School in West Lawn, Pennsylvania, and enjoyed spending time with friends, skateboarding, and playing guitar as a hobby.
On August 4, 2005, at just 18 years old, Eric passed away at home from an accidental overdose. He was a young man with a kind heart and endless potential. His loss became a turning point, sparking a mission to ensure that no one else has to walk the path of recovery, pain, or struggle alone.
Through Guiding Light 4 Wellness, Eric’s life continues to inspire change, compassion, and connection. His story reminds us that every life matters, every voice deserves to be heard, and every person deserves a chance to heal.
Though he left this world too soon, Eric’s light lives on — in every act of service, in every moment of hope, and in every hand extended to someone searching for their way forward.
